Wow!  I am so far behind in processing sessions that I am starting to panic.  However, I had to test out a new wall and floor in my studio for a makeover shot in a local magazine.  My kids NEVER EVER pose for me anymore - they are way too busy and cool for that.  But...for some reason, they chose to pose for me last night.  I had to process a couple of pictures as examples for the magazine, so here they are.  I have so many more to process of my incredible kids who finally posed willingly...but they must wait until I have finished the sneak peeks for my amazingly patient clients.  In the meantime...here are two of my wonderful children who I love with all of my heart!

I wasn't going to do this but a few words about each of my children (it is wonderful to have your own blog...)

This is my "N" man.  He is HILARIOUS with a capital "H".  There isn't a serious bone in his body and I am loving watching him grow up.  He is at the age now where he wants to be cool, so he had to pose "cool" for the picture.  Just know that he erupted into giggles 2 seconds after the shutter clicked.  But he LOVES this picture as it captures what he wanted to.  And I love it because of his little precious heart.

This is my witty and brilliant older son "S" man. He continually amazes me with his brilliant mind. At the same time, he is all boy and doesn't want to take the time to finish anything. He is one that will rule the world someday. For example, he came home from junior high football practice with his uniform today. It was too small. As I was calling the coaches to get a larger size, he had already gone on line, found the manufacturer (from the tag in the shirt) and determined the size he needed based on their website. Really?

I am 43 (...shhhh...) and I turn to my 11 year old to help me with technology that I don't understand. As he becomes a pre-teen I am having to re-acquaint myself with him as I don't really know him anymore. They change overnight at this phase in life. But I really enjoy getting to know him and I can't wait to see what God has planned for him!

Thanks for letting me take the time to show off my own children.  They are both miracles of God.  The first one was long awaited and many tears shed while we waited for him.  The second one came in one try and surprised us as we were prepared for another long haul.  I believe they were both called by God to walk this earth as he has great and mighty things for them.  My husband and I believe they are both destined by the Lord to do amazing things in His kingdom.  We are humbly teaching them who God is and who they are in Him.  What a huge responsibility and great honor.

Next post...a precious senior who has been waiting for her sneak peek patiently.  Get ready...she is beautiful!
